Luluflex Program Week 2

Hello all,

I hope you all enjoyed week 1 of the program! My favorite was the full body conditioning day! Unfortunately, I did not get to do back day because I was traveling. However, I was able to use my time on the plane and the road to write down the workouts for this week!

Anyways, two of the workouts are inspired by Ashley Horner (look her up—she’s amazing!) so there will be video links under the workouts for those days. I hope you enjoy these!

  5. Back & HIIT

Remember to start at the level you need to start–perhaps that is going lighter in some exercises or taking longer breaks. The only thing to keep in mind is to never sacrifice form!
