Q&H = Quadriceps & Hamstrings! I really like this workout because I feel like I am working the quads and hammies equally by incorporating exercises that emphasize one muscle group a little more than the other. This workout alternates quad and hamstring exercises as best as possible. The warm-up, like others on leg day, involves dynamic stretching for optimal performance.

This workout is tough. Make sure you have energy!

 

Warm-up: 8 min Jog + DYNAMIC Stretching!

Workout:

  • 4×12 Close Stance BB Back Squat
  • 4×12 BB Romanian Deadlifts
  • 4×12 Hex Bar Deadlifts
  • 4×12 Hamstring Drops
  • 3×15 Leg Extensions SS 3×15 Lying Leg Curls
